Thank you for your question hamid! On shared hosting we do not recommend chat software as it can cause resource issues with the server. Please see the following link on this. Chat software can cause high usage There is the Crafty Syntax Live Help software that is available for installation; however, you will want to consider a VPS or Dedicated server to run it.
