We transferred our site to you from network solutions. They are now asking for money to renew. Do we have to pay them or you when our account becomes due?
I reviewed your account with us and you have a domain name set for your hosting account that is different from the domain name in registered. IF, the domain name is still held by this other company, then you would need to re-register it BUT, I didn't see the name registered. Typically, hosting a website requires both a hosting server AND a domain name (that's generally what you pay for when hosting a website). If you're hosting service is with us and you're using the domain name that you registered with us, then I do not see why you would need to pay to renew with the other hosting service. As I mentioned, the primary domain name that you have assigned as your main website is not registered with us, so that would be the only factor I see on your account that we do not host or manage. I also double-checked to see if that name was registered anywhere, and it's not currently registered. You can always registe a NEW domain name using your Account Management Panel (AMP) interface.
If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
