What's the better? Wordpress or Joomla?

It really depends on your website needs. If you're trying to build a quick website with a third-party template, Wordpress will be quicker. If you want more control over the website, especially if you have a lot content, then Joomla - which is a Content Management System - would be a better fit, though it has a steeper learning curve.

If you're undecided, the best bet is to simply try them both, and then determine which best fits your development model, your level of understanding, and your timetable. Both products are free.
