Opening ports

I play games/simulations that use Teamspeak and Simple Radio. These require that certain ports are open/available. The server software for these programs would be installed on the tentative domain, but will you allow the ports in question to be open if I were to open a domain?

Hello Elwood,

Thanks for you question about opening ports.  This can be done on VPS or dedicated server accounts using Root access, but not on shared server accounts.  For reference, please see How to open a port in your firewall.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
