When you get to the site, add your domain name, check off the "I'm not a robot" reCaptcha, and it will examine your site to see why it's considered not secure. The results will tell you why. For example, if your site has an image, and the image is referenced using "http" instead of a secure link, then your site will not be considered "secure" in spite of having an SSL certificate applied to it.
