There is a folder "new_table_from_mysql" is the one? Also these file:

mysql_engine.php

Sorry for the issue with your MySQL database. A full cPanel backup includes MySQL databases, unless the host doesn't configure that way. Here's a screenshot of the cPanel backup wizard:
If your provider deleted your data, and your back up file(s) do not include the database file, then you will not be able to recover it. The database file will typically end in ".sql" If you see that file, then you may have a copy of the database already. We unfortunately cannot help much with a third party backup where the original data has been deleted. You will need to speak with the support team for that host to see if they have backups that can provide the deleted files for you.

The .SQL file would likely be a database file. You can open the file in a text editor or import it to test it.
