I have removed your site address from your post for the sake of privacy, but visited the site before doing so. The site loaded for me, so it seems to be up currently.
If the site is no longer loading for you, the most likely cause is that your IP address is accidentally blocked by our security software. If that is the case, the most likely cause of that block is an incorrectly configured mail client. The most common cause of that is a version of Mac Mail with out of date emails or passwords repeatedly trying to connect to the server.
So, if that long chain of guesses turns out to be correct, please check any and all mail clients on any and all devices at the home/office location which cannot access the website. It's likely that one of them is accidentally trying to force a connection with incorrect data.
If the above guess is incorrect, the issue may have been a temporary outage, or your site may have been overwhelmed by a higher number of visitors-- real or bots. If so, I would troubleshoot those possibilities. Please don't hesitate to contact our 24/7 Technical Support team if you need further assistance in doing so.
