To be more specific, I'm getting a lot of spam from different email accounts at different sub-domains at domain.com. For example:
where userN and subN can be anything. I'd like to kill all *@*.club spam.
You can create a blacklist in Spam Filters to include *.club or use that format for other domains. I also recommend you follow our guide to strengthen email authentication.

Title says it all. Tried many different configurations in the global email filter section. None work.
