Thanks for your question regarding the TLS level for scanning direct to email. It should still be okay, though you should still bear in mind that business level accounts (shared servers) have limits. we dont send bulk emails it is basically scanning docs to our own emails
the scanners we use arent TLS 1.2 compliant and they have trouble connecting to SMTP server if it wont allow connections that arent TLS 1.2 compliant
are the SMPT servers with inmotion are able to accept connect from devices that dont use that protocol
