Sorry for the problems with BoldGrid. You may need to contact the distributor you purchased BoldGrid from. If you purchased it from InMotion Hosting, then you can call into our live tech support team or the customer service team. If you purchased it from another company then you will need to contact them to determine the proper domain and key. You can also contact BoldGrid support directly to get more information.
