I can't receive emails - why not?

Hi Info, 

Thank you so much for your question! It's typically the result of multiple POP3 configured email clients. POP3 downloads the email from the server and nothing's saved there unless you have selected to keep email on the server. If you need assistance with your email configurations, reach out to our live support and give them as much information as possible.
