It's often difficult to isolate the direct cause of spam. We have various parameters in place to limit spam at the server level, but there are user-level changes we recommend. You can try:


  1. Setting up email through a Gmail account (using Google's algorithm to filter spam is probably the easiest procedure)
  2. Setting up filters in your preferred email client (we recommend Mozilla Thunderbird)

And keep in mind, you can combine these.  If you have any trouble, you can always check in with our live support team to make the parameters are set up correctly.
