How do I find an Email I didn't receive?

Hi, one of my customers say that 1 email out of 4 is not received. I'm thinking he might be marked as spam at the other end, but I'm wondering if you have on your side, some kind of log file you could send me to validate that all his emails are effectively sent properly. If that's the case then I'll tell him to tell his customers to whitelist him. Thanks for your help
