We recommend redirecting using your .htaccess file. This can be completed via cPanel file manager interface.
But I can't access cPanel since I do not have a Launch Plan. Any other workaround available?

You will typically need to have access to the file system or at least have a CMS installed and have Dashboard access to redirect. Another option is to point the Nameservers for the domain to a DNS host, then you can set up the redirect there.
