How do I get the softalicios Laravel install to recognize my server PHP version correctly?

I am trying to install Laravel, and it reports that it can not do that because PHP is 7.1. However, I updated the PHP version to 7.2, which the PHP Configuration dialog confirms, as well as the "php --version" on the server itself. So, what's up?

Hello and thanks for asking. Did you ensure the cPanel account and server default are at least 7.2 ?
