Hello, I have problem to send email to domain hosted by your server xxxx.xxxx.iphmx.com

When I send email to @gtt.net or @eni.com the email remain in queue with this erro:

85277628B50 1257 Thu Feb 27 14:36:19 [email protected] | [email protected] | (host mx1.hc3324-5.iphmx.com[68.232.147.154] said: 451 #4.1.8 Domain of sender address does not resolve (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

Seem our DNS do not recognise the sender domain @webdesk.it or our sender server smtps.wki.it

Can you explain why these messages are blocked?

Many thanks

Hello Dario,

Thank you for your question. Based on the information provided it appears that the domain webdesk.it cannot be resolved by the receiving server. This may be a temporary issue in DNS routing that will resolve itself in time, or it may be an issue with your DNS configuration. If you recently made changes to your DNS configuration it may take 4-24 hours for that change to fully propagate and resolve to the correct location. During that time you may experience intermittent issues with your email service. I recommend contacting your email host to determine any DNS configuration issues that may exist.

Please let us know if you have any further questions, we are happy to help.

Best Regards,

Alyssa K
