I am so frustrated! Today I purchased a shipping module from the developer of Open Cart.
It is called Total Based Shipping. It is comprised of two uploads. As usual there are no instructions of how to get these changes on my site.
I uploaded what I thought were the correct files to my cpanel and no changes were made to my site.
If you can get into my cpanel, I will upload both compressed files to my file manager.

Thank-you for pointing me in the right direction yesterday. I see the documentation for uploading the first file.
However, there is a second download. The second one is the Flat Rate Slabs. He gives no instructions for that. It looks like maybe it is an update to the first one but what am I supposed to do with it?
I am running 1.5.4
I sent the developer an email but it might be days before I here from him and typically there is a "lost in translation" experience with these overseas developers.
Can you see what I am supposed to do with the second download?

I installed the second file just like the first one. The second file overwrote the original php's. It is supposed to be an update for 1.5.4.
However,
In my shipping modules I am supposed to see a second Flat Rate module entitled.
FLAT SHIPPING RATES-SLABS
It is not there after a refresh.
Any ideas?
