If it is included what is my SFTP?
Question 2: I am using dreamweaver to build my web site. Will I need to download joomal or PHP from my cPanel to get my form page to work correctly?

Regarding SFTP - you do NOT have access to SFTP. SFTP is only available on VPS and Dedicated server accounts. Dreamweaver is a tool to build websites. Joomla is a CMS application that can also be used to build sites. PHP is a language that you can use to write code to create a website. The tool that you use will depend upon your preferences.
