I pasted my google analytics code into the box in the settings>server. Is that all I need to do?

I do not understand your tutorial on adding the analytics code.

Don't know what my HTML DOCUMENT is.

Hello simonbk! I see you are referring to our 300: Adding the Google Analytics code to OpenCart article. The part that is about "Installing Google Analytics" is only to show how to get the code at Google. You just need to get the code from Google Analytics and paste it in the "Google Analytics Code" box in the OpenCart Settings page. Then you click save. No HTML document needs to be created or edited.
