It is possible there is a glitch in the AMP for the password reset function. We are happy to reset it manually for you.
To do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Be sure to include the password you wish to change it to.
