The Import/Export tool can not SEE in menu System ?!

hello , well yes again, I use Opencart v1.5.4 .. the Import/Export tool i still cant see in the menu System. I mean it is not there in the menu System. I did all the steps in the tutorial , all did worked fine. also i ticked the acces and modify in my dashboard . after enabled i dont see any as it should be . It should be now visible in the menu System, but it is not there. Please can help me find out . i stuck 2days on this.

We had another customer ask a similar question to ours in the following link: Export Import Not working for Opencart 1.5.3.1 Unfortunately, we will need to replicate the problem to see what you mean by them being missing. Unfortunately, because this is a open forum that people can read online, you will want to contact support either by chat, phone (1-877-595-4482 ext 2), or by email ([email protected]) to look into this. Please give tech support the exact steps to replicate the problem. Please include any login credentials and/or links we will need to replicate the problem. Best Regards, James R
