What is the current status and expected time of this server going back online? Can't email support obviously(is it?)and after being on hold forever this morning I was told it would only be another hour. That was 4 hours ago.

I checked, and there is no current ETA on the online return of that server - it would be difficult to estimate, which is why they have no ETA. However, the normal max period for this kind of thing falls within 24 hours. You can keep an eye on this site for udpates: InMotion Hosting.
