Typically, when you see "authorization failed", the issue has to do with a bad password or user name. You can reset the password in the Account Management Panel (AMP) and you can get the user name there too. Remember that the user name is not the same as the AMP user - the Cpanel user name can be found in technical details in AMP. Here's an article changing the Cpanel password in AMP:
