Hello oldgraphite, I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues renewing your domain with MelbourneIT. It appears there was a communication error between our system and that of the registrar, Melbourne IT. I do see that you have contacted our Live Support team and they were able to get the domain renewed within the registrar database as it should be. Best Regards, Scott M
