If the addon was there at the time the last backup was created, it should be able to be restored from our backups. This is provided your account is under 10GB, as we do backups every 24 hours or so for all accounts under that limit.
To do so, you would need to contact our Live Support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
