Error FTP connect

Hi:
We have this error connecting FTP (filezilla):

Respuesta: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Error crítico
Error: No se pudo conectar al servidor

My IP is in Costa Rica: 201.195.10.194
Can you check what's the problem?

Hello stephen, That error indicates that either the username or password is incorrect when attempting to log into the FTP server. If you are using the main FTP account, the username and password is the same as your current cPanel username and password. If you are using another FTP account, you can change the password by following our article here. Best Regards, Scott M
