Carving off server access for client to create web page

We have a VPS account. We host a client's e-mail and web site from there. The client wants to use web designer to build and maintain his website without going through us. We are happy with that but are not sure how to create a segregated account and access to web designer just for their domain while protecting our other domains.

Hello ArkRoyal, You can certainly allow a client to have their own area where they can work away from any other users. On our VPS and Dedicated servers, you have the ability to create multiple cpanel accounts. This gives each account their own area to work without affecting or allowing access to others.
