Sorry for the continued difficulty. Unfortunately, we cannot see that password, even here. Though it can be reset. If you need this issue fixed right away, you can always contact live Technical Support and they can reset it for you while you're on the phone (or chat). Otherwise, you can also reset the password for Cpanel in the Account Management Panel (AMP) -here's how:
