Email sent fine, but receiving bounceback emails

I have sent emails from my personal home accounts to my cPanel email, using my "contact us" on our website, and from my cPanel to my home account... all emails are received by the targeted account. However, my cPanel email account, on all three occasions, receives a slew of Mail Delivery System error emails saying that my cPanel email address is No Such User Here". I am actually logged into this account and sending messages... how can it not exist? So what I am doing wrong here.
Thanks!!

Hello alaska, When email issues can occur for many different reasons. The bounceback message you receive is the main source of information for us to troubleshoot with. Here is an article that explains why that can occur: Why does Email bounce, bounceback, or error? Feel free to send a copy of the bounceback to our Live Support team at support@inmotionhosting.com so they can investigate your particular issue. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
