I created a subdomain but it seems to be inaccessable.

I purchased a domain from godaddy and forwarded it to my inmotion subdomain with masking. but even if I type in the subdomain address I dont get access to the page and instead get "/index" not the html test page I put in the subdomain directory via ftp. Im pretty sure DNS is set correctly as the zonefile in cpanel has the proper entries.

Hello Carnegiehillbooks, Thank you for your question. When you create a subdomain, it also creates the folder for storing the site files. I recommend double-checking that you put the files in the right directory. If you are getting a directory listing, make sure your main site file is called index.php, index.htm, or index.html.
