How do i start using an application like Open Cart. I Just started and it says i already have it downloaded.

Thank you for your question. Opencart does not need to be downloaded, you can simply install it from Softaculous is cPanel.
Then, I recommend visiting our OpenCart Education Channel, which includes walk-through guides on using OpenCart.
