How do I regain access to my website after being 'attacked?' How long must I wait for it to be unblocked?

My website was recently blocked because it was targeted by attackers attempting to gain access to my WordPress Dashboard, according to the redirected page after attempting to log in. The message also says I need to wait until the block expires. How do I know how long I will have to wait? How to I regain access to my own site? Thank you for your time!

Hello bmg423, We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the attack. The IP block should only last for 15 minutes. You should then be able to try again.
