How can i show my menu details on my current theme which i use ?

Actually First i implemented an Html into templates and it was done, but now i want to show my another menu's content on the theme,
mean my home page content disappear when i'll click on about us menu and there i want to show my aboutus content on current page.

I am having trouble following your question. Which version of Joomla are you using? Are you saying you have multiple menus created or that when you change a theme a menu's content disappears?
