Disable caching option to run my website correctly

My website's modules dont work correctly because the reservation page do not react to its template structure, example some buttons dont work on my site. I want to ask you have any caching option, if is possible to disable it temporary.

By default, we do not have any caching running on hosting accounts. Each program may have its own caching plugins that can be installed, however. If you have caching enabled on your program, you may want to disable it to see if it helps, but generally caching does not hinder the function of buttons on a site.
