I am trying to add email to my iphone(I used it before) I have joomla platform for my website. I enter email and password correctly but it doesn't add my email account. Is there anything I am missing? Please help.

After you have your email settings, I recommend following our guide on configuring email an iPhone.
If you are using IMAP, then you must also Sync your IMAP folders
If you are still having issues, you may want to contact live support so they can review the logs in real-time for connection issues.
