Optimizing for Magento & Lightspeed

Hi,

We've been having troubles with Lightspeed and Magento. We can upload photos via the Magento admin panel without problem but when we try to do so via the Lightspeed connector it doesn't work. New products upload but the photos don't even appear in the FTP. We've exhausted Lightspeed support and they think it might have something to do with either our Magento configuration or the hosting setup. I can't find any documentation on your support site regarding this- would you be able to help?

Hello unionsurfera, As we are unable to locate an account given the information provided, I do not have a way to test or troubleshoot the issue. You will likely need to contact our Live Support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also, please include any Magento login information as well as steps to duplicate the issue. Best Regards, Scott M
