How Do I Proceed with Transferring My Domain Without an Auth Code?

I am trying to transfer my domain to inmotion, What happens if I can not get them to send me the auth code, I've asked twice in the last 48 hours and was told it would take up to 12 hours, still no code. What do I do now?

Hello Hbc-abq, It is not necessary to transfer your domain registration to us in order to use the hosting. You can point the domain to our nameservers and it will function normally until you can get the Auth code from them to make the transfer. Below is a link on how to change your nameservers.
