How do I delete the DNS entry?

I received this message when i tried to create a new account, "Visualidsource.com"

Sorry, a DNS entry for visualidsource.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster).

How do i go about doing this?

Hello kenbae1017, Thank you for your question. This error usually occurs when the domain has already been added to an existing cPanel, or a cPanel was created already for this domain. I recommend checking your VPS to make sure this domain does not exist already within an account, and deleting it if it does. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
