how can I change a logo and columns on a Joomla template?

I downloaded a themza free template and installed it on my Joomla site. Everything looks to be working okay, but I followed some tutorials I found on the net to change the logo and the columns from 3 to 2 nothing seems to be working. Can you help please?

Thank you for your question lmasengo! We do have tutorials on how to do this. Unfortunately, I do not know you exact template The following links are for the Protostar template. It should basically be the same. To get the sidebars to change you will need to position the Joomla modules. Please see the following tutorials on how to do this.
