Unable to receive emails on office 365
Hi
I have hosted my website on inmotion hosting, then we created a new office 365 account successfully, by adding the DNS Records into our domain.
But until now, we are unable to receive any emails to the outlook web app.
We contact Microsoft technical support for this issue, and they tell us to contact with your host technical support to check if the Email forwarding service is enabled or not and also to help us in this issue
Note: After we added a new DNS records under our domain, we start receiving duplicated email messages.
