I can not quickly connect to my horde account it takes 5 minutes or more. All my other trips into the internet are very quick
For the last three days I have had difficulty logging in . Password is ok, but it is very slow.

Thank you for your question. Sometimes this can be caused by a large Inbox, we can setup automated email archiving, if this is the case.
Also, this could be caused by something between you and the server. Performing a Ping/Tracert provides specific information and can help narrow down the cause.
