Why I cant use ADWORDS promo code in my country?

Hi,
I purchase hosting plan in which is included 100$ adwords credit.This is one of reason why I chose your hosting company.Now when I would like to use this I get note from my adwords account that this promo code is not aviable in my country.

Why you dont inform us with that before we actually purchase this hosting plan?

I checked with google and unfortunately at this time, the promotion is only good if your Adwords billing address is in the U.S. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
