"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies."
This is the message that comes up in Firefox when trying to access my domain home page. What should I be looking for in the file manager?

Hello JeniSC, I'm sorry to hear you're having the problem with the re-direct. It does appear that you created the loop with the two re-directs in the cPanel. I finally hunted down your account and found that you created an add-on domain pointed to your main domain and another re-direct pointed to your sub-domain. I removed one of them, so you shouldn't see it any further, but you may want to review it.
