Configure MX records and migrate email to Gmail

I am setting up Google Apps for jaalibean.com and need to setup their email such that it's received in the new gmail accounts. I also need to migrate their old email to these accounts. Can someone help me with this?

Hello jaalibean, and thank you for your question. As this is a public forum, I've gone ahead and removed your cell phone number from this post to help protect your privacy. In order to use Google Apps on a domain, you first typically need to modify the domain name's MX Mail Exchange records to point to Google. It doesn't appear the domain name you've mentioned is hosted with us, but our guide on modifying your MX records should still be relevant in your case. You might just need to contact your web host to do this for you if they're not using cPanel. You can also take a look at the official Google documentation on getting started with Google Apps which details the rest of the process as well.
