550 error

Getting a 550 error when attempting to send email to an email forwarder, [email protected] (which forwards to [email protected]), from [email protected] (pair.com). Hello chomxxo.com, The line in your bounceback message that reads "Verification failed for 550-No Such User" is saying that the email address [email protected] is invalid for the server that is receiving the email. Although we do have an article describing the 'No Such User' error and what to do to correct it, the corrections need to be done on the server that is giving the error, which is the recipient. If you have a way to contact the recipient, you may want to do that to see if the email address has changed or if they have an alternative one to which you can send. Best Regards, Scott M
