Why can't I access the admin page?

Ok so I am new to this and am probably doing something wrong. I have purchased my domain and have Inmotion Hosting, hosting it. I went to the cpanel and installed Word Press. It says that to access it I just need to add /wp-admin to my domain name, but when I do, nothing happens.
my domain is thesharperblade.com
I typed in thesharperblade.com/wp-admin
Please help!

Hello TheBladeRunner, Thank you for your question. I looked up your domain's Whois information, and it is not registered with us. You will need to point to our Nameservers for your site to resolve to our servers. Also, keep in mind that anytime you modify DNS (such as nameservers) it can take up to 24 hours to propagate.
