Send emails with attachment ...not working !

I am trying to send a email with a 500k attachment to a customer.... it does not want to leave my outbox. If I send him an email w/o attachment it works. If I send the same email with attachment to another email address, it works, but it does NOT work for this customer. What do I do?

Hello laurentporte!

Looks like the email box of the person you are sending to has a limit or is reaching its mailbox quota. Do you get a bounce message or does it give any errors? Also, have you trying zipping the file attachment first?
