Hello sickboards, and thanks for your question. Because your account is already on a VPS, you do have the ability to modify the ModSecurity rules on your server. I wrote an article on finding and disabling specific ModSecurity rules which covers how you can do this. Because the jquery.cookie.js one is a common false-positive, I've gone ahead and disabled the specific ModSecurity rule 950004 on your VPS for you.
