why the website can't send confirmation email
Hi,
I have a web site which hosted on your servers:
domain: idea-action-yournext.com.
we have a web form to collect registrant details to a local work shop.
The problem we found was between 0600 PST - 0800 PST, the registrant did not receive any email confirmations. All other times are ok.
Well, can we know if this problem be solved?

Sorry for the trouble with the email not going out. We checked the logs for the server and the server was not any high load that could have caused it. There is a time gap in your incoming and outgoing emails. Is the program using SMTP from a email that is not on our server?
