All Joomla sites down... anyone else having this issue?

I have the Pro Plan hosting... I have several Addon Domains with websites built for them in this account.  One of them is a Wordpress site and it's up and running.  But I have 5 Joomla sites that are all down with the same error message... the entire error message is a white screen and the word "Error".  That's it... just one word.  This is affecting all pages on those 5 sites, including the Joomla admin... every page just says "Error".  Anyone else having this issue?  I called support and have been on hold for 39 minutes.  I'm guessing a lot of people are having issues because of the long wait times.  But just checking to see if this is system-wide or just me... Anyone else having similar issues?
